Yirgacheffe is my favorite day-to-day coffee. The medium roast brings out a delicate flavor, making for a well-rounded cup.

I really love this coffee because it has no bitterness at all to it. Just a great taste!

Ethiopian coffee is some of the best I've found. I love this Yirgacheffe! The smell in the morning when it's finished dripping is amazing... and then that first sip! What a way to start the day!

I have been buying gourmet cofee for a long time. The Ethiopian is one of the best I have had. I've ordered many other coffee's and I keep going back to this one. It is one of the best.

I have been trying different coffees for a very long time. I came upon this coffee through a friend. It is a fantastic tasting coffee. I order it. Three days later it was at the door and very fresh. I appreciated that it was sent quickly and I will be purchasing more from Gourmet Coffee. Guaranteed!!!

I've ordered a variety of coffees from Gourmet Coffee, usually in 1 lb. amounts. After doing this for Yirgacheffe coffee a few times I kept missing it when I'd run out. Other coffees were good, but this one had a combination of flavors that kept it interesting. So now I've got 5lbs of it. I'm keeping it in the freezer (which doesn't seem to harm it) and now I know I won't run out. I'm very bad at describing flavors--floral, fruity, a little astringent--anyway, it isn't boring, and almost never disappointing.

I've ordered from this site for many years and am impressed by the quality and varieties of coffees offered. On my own, I would never have thought to try this particular coffee but you were offering a special price and I was curious. I read people's reviews and that's what put me over the top in trusting giving this one a try. Wow!! What a fabulous surprise!!! Everything everyone said was right: it smells sooooo good while brewing; it tastes smooth; there is no bad after-taste and on and one. I'm hooked and will definitely reorder! I have no interest in brewing anything other than this one.

This coffee is excellent tasting and leaves no bitter aftertaste. It also does not cause GI burning or upset. My only problem with it is I wish I could pronounce the name correctly!

I thoroughly enjoyed this coffee, which to me has a very distinct, fruity kind of taste. I found I enjoyed them more when mixed, before grinding, with a few beans from a darker roast such as Sumatra or French roast. This provided a more well-rounded, overall flavor. Top notch!

The Ethiopia Yirgacheffe provides a delicious brewing experience. I always add a couple tablespoons of heavy whipping cream to the cup.

I have been buying this for a while and remains my favorite option.

I'm not really one for best-coffee-ever hyperbole, and I have to admit up front that I'm one of THOSE guys. I use a French press carafe, a Nescafe milk frother, and add a dash on cinnamon or chocolate shavings to our morning cup of zombie reviver. That said, this is the best coffee ever. Something about it's scant fruit notes and silk body causes me to praise da lawd for this particular roast. I've tried so many nameless, faceless other coffees, even Kona, and this one rules them all. Thank you!

It's hard to find good Ethiopian coffee. But Gourmet Coffee has it and it comes in five pound bags!

I was very pleased with this purchase. When the coffee arrived it was extremely fresh and aromatic, after quickly brewing a cup I found it to be rich, creamy, and full bodied with no bitter after tones. I would recommend this coffee to anyone, it is a fabulous dark roast.
